Wedding Packages Guarantees & Payments

Weddings & non-corporate events Centre Bridge requires a $1000.00 retainer to hold the date. It is refundable less a 20% handling charge within 30 days of the deposit. After 30 days the deposit is non-refundable. Upon acceptance of the written proposal a 25% deposit on the entire amount is due. The second deposit is refundable less the terms of the first deposit if we can re-book the date. If we are unable to book the date the second 25% deposit will be non-refundable. Centre Bridge requires a $500.00 retainer to block all rooms for each night. $500 room retainer is refundable upon satisfactory inn inspection. There is a 60-day cancellation policy for refund less a 20% handling fee. Cancellations after 60 days are non-refundable. Deposits can be used as credit to caterer if the deposits are received by guests at a later date. Centre Bridge requires a 100-person minimum on Saturday evening events and 75 for Friday and Sunday evening events. Centre Bridge Inn requires a minimum of 50 guests for daytime events. Centre Bridge requires a count of persons to be served two weeks prior to the event and this will be considered your minimum. See wedding contract for complete details.

Accommodations Guarantees & Payments

Centre Bridge Inn requires a 50% pre-payment of the Inn room rate upon booking your reservation. Balance is due at check-in. A full refund less a 20% handling charge is refundable if your cancellation is given to us 2 weeks or more prior to your booking date. Any cancellation less than two weeks is non-refundable. Centre Bridge Inn room rates are based on double occupancy. None of our rooms can accommodate more than 2 people. Centre Bridge has a strict no-smoking policy and a no-pets allowed policy. Centre Bridge Inn accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Checks as forms of payment. Centre Bridge Inn rates are subject to change without notice. Centre Bridge Inn rates do not include Pennsylvania state and local tax of 9%. Centre Bridge Inn serves a Continental Breakfast from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM to Inn guests. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Centre Bridge requires a $200.00 deposit to hold the date. It is refundable less a 20% handling charge if cancellation occurs more than two weeks prior to the event. After two weeks the deposit is non-refundable. Upon acceptance of the written proposal a 25% deposit on the entire amount is due. The second deposit is refundable less the terms of the first deposit if we can re-book the date.If we are unable to book the date the second 25% deposit will be non-refundable. Centre Bridge requires a count of persons to be served two weeks prior to the event date and this will be considered your minimum.
